2. How We Use Your Information
Your personal data is processed strictly for the following operational purposes:
Issuing cryptographic QR digital entry passes to your mobile device and email.
Communicating critical event updates, venue entry guidelines, time changes, or weather alerts via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.
Enabling gatekeepers to verify your entry pass at venue doors using scanning algorithms.
Processing cancellations, double-debit adjustments, and verified refunds.
Preventing unauthorized ticket scalping, bot transactions, or fraudulent payment chargebacks.
3. Payment Security & Third-Party Sharing
We prioritize data privacy and do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to advertisers or external marketers.
Information is securely shared only with RBI-authorized payment processors (e.g. Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU) over 256-bit SSL encrypted channels to process payment transactions and refunds, and with verified event organizers for venue gate management.

We retain transaction records for periods required under Indian tax and financial reporting laws.
