KNDUCT Order Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellations accepted up to 24h prior to start time or within 3 days of booking.
Credited directly to the original UPI, Bank Account, or Card used during checkout.
A customer may request a ticket pass cancellation by navigating to their Booking Profile (/profile) or reaching out to contact@knduct.in.
Requests submitted within the 24-hour pre-event window or 3-day booking claim window are eligible for cancellation processing.
If an event is cancelled by the event host or platform due to unforeseen circumstances, weather emergencies, or government directives:
Cancellations will not be accepted if the event start time is less than 24 hours away, or if the digital QR ticket pass has already been scanned/checked-in at the venue gate.
